Shipping Policy:
For credit card transactions your shipping address must match the billing address on your credit card billing statement. If it does not, I will not ship to that address and I will cancel the order and issue an immediate refund. The reason for this is that Credit Card companies and consumers really accept little responsibility for transactions that occur on their credit cards. In the unfortunate event that a consumer loses their credit card or their kids get a hold of it and have some fun, at the end of the day the consumer is not responsible and neither is the credit card company. They just flip the charge and the merchant taks a 100% loss on the sale and the merchandise is never returned. Unfortunately, the policy of the credit card companies is that the merchant is 100% responsible no matter what and until that policy becomes more reasonable the only way to protect myself sufficiently is by not deviating from my company policy outlined above.

Returns Policy:
We test all of our products prior to shipping. Your satisfaction is our number one priority. However, We have been forced to implement the following return policy limitations because of the attraction of our products to unscrupulous people who return products after they have profitably gained from the short-term use of the products.
1. Returns will not be accepted unless the product is found to be defective under our warranty policy (see below), was damaged in transit from our warehouse or was otherwise explicitly stated on the product listing page. Cancellations as a matter of convenience or a mistake that was determined to be on behalf of the buyer will not be accepted.
*Special exceptions may be made on a case by case basis to be solely determined by Spy Equipment Plus. In this event, returns are subject to deductions for shipping costs and a 25% restocking charge and must be returned within a five (5) day period from date of receipt of product(s). NO refunds will be given for products returned without explicit permission from Spy Equipment Plus.
2. All shipping charges are non refundable unless the product is found to be defective under our warranty policy (see below) or was damaged during transit (see below).
3. All requests to return products must be received within a 5 day period after customer has received the product.
4. No returns will be accepted unless explicit permission has been given by Spy Equipment Plus beforehand and under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise. Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from Spy Equipment Plus. No returns will be authorized after five (5) business days of receipt of product(s) by the customer.
5. If it appears that your product has been damaged in transit or anything is missing the buyer must make detailed notes on the shipping receipt at the time of delivery. This is very important to all parties involved because Spy Equipment Plus, its delivery companies and manufacturers rely solely on the delivery receipt to assess any damage or missing products. Thus, if the delivery receipt does not properly note any damage or missing items we will be unable to assist you with the replacement or repair of the product. Provided the delivery receipt is properly noted, Spy Equipment Plus reserves the right to determine the final remedy to the buyer for any damaged or missing product; whether it be the repair of the damaged product or to completely replace it. It is the customers sole responsibility to be available to accept delivery to note any apparent defects to packaging.
Product Warranty
Unless manufacturer's warranty is longer, our warranty protection for workmanship and material defects is limited to 90 days after sale to the customer. The decision to replace or repair the product(s) will be at our sole discretion providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration. Our decision to replace or repair the product is also subject to the discretion of the manufacturer. Our Legal Policy
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser (not the merchant) to ascertain, comprehend and completely obey all applicable federal, local and state law in regards to the use and possession of any of the equipment listed for sale on this website. If you have any legal uncertainty pertaining to the use and ownership of any of these products we advise that you consult with a qualified legal professional before making your purchase. By placing an order the buyer represents that he/she is of legal age and that the product will be used only in a lawful manner.
